Food Product Exemption

Due to food safety and hygiene regulations:

  • Opened food items cannot be returned
  • This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or unsafe

Faulty or Damaged Items

We will offer a refund or replacement if:

  • Items arrive damaged
  • Items are faulty
  • Incorrect items are sent

Please contact us within 30 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unopened and in original condition
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or confirmation of fault.
